NotesThe Estonian army requested a number of medium mortars for infantry support use. They managed to buy twelve 81mm M.26 mortars from Finnish firm Tampella between 1936 and 1938 and built another 24 copies of these mortars in Estonia. Medium mortars were issued to a limited number of infantry regiments and these were grouped in mortar companies.
