Notes | Named by many to be the best armoured car used in WW2, the 234/2 was armed with a 50mm KwK 39 gun in a fully revolving turret, with coaxial MG34 or MG42. Like the 234/1, it had two radios fitted as standard. The vehicle itself was first built in 1943 when a few trial models were manufactured, and the rest of the order, around 94 were built in 1944. |
