NotesThe development of the panzer II radically changed with the Ausf C, the design took on the look with what we recognise as a Pz Mk. II. The Ausf C was longer than the previous models, but the big change was in the suspension system and this took the form of five road wheels, four return rollers, wider idlers, new drive sprockets and different tracks. Like the Ausf A, the Ausf C went through minor changes these were adopted as production progressed but there was little difference to all three vehicles.
