| Notes | The Panzer Mk. III Ausf C was designed to improve the running gear problems found on the earlier marks. Work had been carried out to improve the suspension and add a new clutch and break steering. The armament was retained with a 37mm KwK 36 gun and twin coaxial MG34s plus a bow mounted MG34. Again these changes didn’t work and like the previous marks the Ausf C was withdrawn in early 1940. |
