NotesThe Flakpanzer 38(t) was an interim vehicle developed to provide light anti-aircraft cover to armoured units. It was built on the chassis of a 38(t) Ausf M tank and mounted a 20mm FlaK 38. The gun had a 360° traverse but side shields had to be lowered to allow for fire at ground targets. It was superseded by more heavily vehicles like the Möbelwagen. It served mainly on the western front and issued to Wehrmacht and SS units. Small numbers were also used in Italy and on the eastern front.
