Notes | The PaK 40 was a potent tank killer and was produced in large numbers. It was first issued in small numbers in early 1942 and was firmly established as the main anti-tank by 1943. It was very heavy compared to earlier models of anti-tank gun but its weight was over shadowed by its performance. |
