NotesThe Semovente da 75/34 was originally built for use by the Italian army and used to improve in the anti-tank capabilities of the standard Semovente 75/18. It was built on the chassis of the M15/42 tank and around sixty were manufactured and twelve of these were used by the Italian army to defend Rome. The surviving vehicles plus those not yet used, were seized by the German army and put to good use. The Germans carried on production and another eighty one were produced under German supervision. They were issued to armoured and infantry formations serving in Italy and the Balkans.
