Notes | The Hungarian military had a quantity of Skoda mountain guns which had been left to them from the old Austrian Hungarian Empire and these were the 75mm M1915 mountain guns. Many of these were later converted for field use and had their carriage altered to allow for traction by horse and these were known as 15/31Ms. The 15/31 was considered too heavy for field use and needed six horses just to pull it. Later another variant was produced which had a light carriage and these were issued to mountain units and towed by four horses. |
