Notes | The type 38 was the standard field gun issued to Japanese artillery regiments and saw service from 1905 to World War Two. It was built on Krupp design and first saw action against the Russian during the Russo-Japanese war. Many were improved during the interwar period but some were still in service and saw action in WW2. |
