Notes | The type 92 was one of the best Japanese guns of the period and had many good attributes which made it such a success. It had good range, accuracy and fired a powerful round, which allowed it to punch above its weight. It was also light and had a relatively low silhouette. It was first used in action against the Soviets and served right through the war and on every front. |
