Notes | The PM-38 (Polkovoi Minomet) was a heavy mortar which was issued to provide infantry units with heavy fire support. It was a scaled up version of the lighter 82mm mortar and could fire a heavy bomb at a range of 6000m. It was transported on a similar limber as the 107mm mortar and could be found at battalion and regimental level. |
