Notes | The 76.2mm E-2 was designed to replace the vintage M.1909 mountain gun. It was developed by the Czech firm Skoda and refined by the Russians. It was capable of being horse drawn or pulled motorised tractor and could also be disassembled into nine parts for pack transport. It was issued to mountain formations at both regimental and divisional level and was also issued to infantry divisions. |
